Urgent osteopath in Montreal and Laval

Acute pain cannot wait
- Sudden lumbago or locked back.
- Acute stiff neck, locked neck.
- Sciatica or pain radiating down the leg: see our tips and exercises for sciatica.
- Pain after an awkward movement, exertion or a misstep (mild sprain, tendinitis).
The osteopath first assesses the situation and refers you to a doctor if your condition requires it.

Urgent osteopath: your questions
Yes, we keep quick slots for acute pain: locked back, stiff neck, lumbago, sciatica. Call us at (579) 421-0351 to find the next available slot in one of our two clinics. Pain accompanied by fever, loss of strength or significant trauma requires medical advice first.
No. We see patients by appointment only, Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. For acute pain, call us: we look for the nearest slot and you can also book online. This lets us give each patient the time they need.
Yes. Both our clinics are open Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Montreal is at 4447 Saint-Denis Street (Plateau-Mont-Royal) and Laval at 5200 des Laurentides Boulevard (Vimont-Auteuil). Choose the closest clinic and book online, including for Saturdays.
Avoid exertion and movements that trigger the pain, find a comfortable position and alternate gentle heat and rest as needed. Do not push into forced stretches. If the pain comes with fever, weakness, significant numbness or follows an impact, see a doctor or go to the emergency room.
An insurance receipt is provided at every session: reimbursement depends on your insurance plan, group or individual. Check your osteopathy coverage before your appointment. An osteopathy session is $110, taxes included, at both clinics. Payment by credit card, debit card or Interac e-Transfer.
Choose the one closest to your home or work: Plateau-Mont-Royal in Montreal, steps from Mont-Royal metro station, or Vimont-Auteuil in Laval, with parking and a bus stop in front of the clinic. Hours are the same: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Osteopathy does not replace medical advice. If you have serious symptoms, see a doctor.
